Short version: we collect very little, we never see your payment details, and affiliate links use a tracking ID. Details below. π‘οΈ

Like essentially every website, our hosting and analytics record standard technical data: IP address (often truncated), browser and device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and approximate region derived from IP. This is aggregate traffic data, not a profile of you by name. π
If you write to us we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to reply and nothing else. π§
No payment card details, no bank information, no government ID numbers, no health records, no precise location. We have no checkout and no customer database. π«
We use a small number of cookies and similar identifiers for three purposes: keeping the site working, counting visitors in aggregate, and affiliate attribution — recording that a visit to the vendor came from this site so the commission is credited correctly. π
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though affiliate attribution may not. Most browsers also offer a “do not track” signal and we honour it where technically possible. π
When you click an order button, you are redirected to the official vendor through an affiliate network. That redirect passes a tracking identifier (our subid) and may set a cookie on the network's domain. It does not transmit your name, email address or payment details to us — we receive only aggregate, anonymous reporting such as how many clicks converted. π
Once you land on the vendor's site, the vendor's and the network's own privacy policies apply, not ours. Read them before you buy. π
Aggregate analytics are retained for up to 26 months. Email correspondence is kept while it is useful for support and no longer than three years. Server logs rotate within 30 days. ποΈ
Service providers that necessarily process some technical data on our behalf include our web host, our CDN, our analytics provider and the affiliate network. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone, for any purpose. π«
We may disclose information where legally required — a valid court order or lawful request. βοΈ
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell data). Residents of the EU and UK have these rights under the GDPR; California residents have comparable rights under the CCPA/CPRA. π
To exercise any of them, email support@exxitiide.com from the address concerned. We respond within 30 days and will not discriminate against you for asking. π§
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. ExiTide™ is not intended for use by minors. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it. β οΈ
The site is served over HTTPS with modern TLS, and security headers are enforced at the server level. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we hold as little data as possible — the strongest protection available to us. π
If we update this policy we change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. π
